  slow and confused on night shift when the old lady is working. We normally walk back out if we see she's working. Food is great just service is horrible sometimes

  Great breakfast at a reasonable price served on real plates. Great freindly, courteous and polite staff. Forgot my credit card in the debit machine and my cashier located me promptly and returned the card with a smile. Brought the order to the table!

  Every time I have been to this location I have had nothing but issues.. a couple months ago I had ordered a bacon and egger to only find the egg wasn't fully cooked.. of course. They are the slowest a&w I have ever been to. None of the staff is fluent in English and have a hard time understanding what I'm saying. Just today I decided to give them another try for breakfast and waited 20 minutes for my food which I found out after they had charged me for a hashbrown but I never received one.
